Christian Cox, Founder and Managing Partner

Christian Cox has extensive experience as a business attorney and officer.  His representation includes acquisitions in excess of $150 million in assets, multiple corporate restructurings, focusing on risk, and mergers and acquisitions.  

He has been a general counselor at multiple Tulsa and Texas businesses representing a combined revenue more than $200 million including grocery store chains, real estate investment companies and an engineering, procurement, and construction firm while also starting multiple small businesses and 501(c)3's. 

Christian has also been a COO responsible for profit and loss statements for over 140 million in revenue.  During his time as COO he was tasked with digitizing, auditing an entire grocery store chain with subsidiaries in construction, warehousing, shipping, and insurance underwriting while leading continuing operations.  This resulted in double digit percent margin gains, complete capital asset restructuring, as well as double digit operational expense reductions.  The completed product was sold in a transaction with over 15 parties involved.

He has also been involved and lead startup charities with endowments exceeding $500,000.  

Having managed a variety of legal services and projects, Christian is a generalist.  He advises on fiduciary obligations from 401(k) plans to officer liability, outside litigation management, corporate restructurings, finance and commercial transactions, not for profit law, construction license and safety compliance, leases, subcontracting, master service agreements, land purchase or sale, vendor agreements, contract management, employment law, human resource issues, exit strategies, asset protection, trusts, insurance coverage, and regulatory or compliance matters.  Having worked in IT from age 13 through 24, he understands the intersection between these legal issues, information systems, people and how companies successfully implement these systems for compliance or cash flows.  Outside of routine workers compensation suits, Christian has a near 100% record of preventing clients from being sued by anticipating and heading off costly litigation.
